Working on the Client’s Requirement
Each requirement is unique to one position and is as detailed as possible. Once submitted, the request will be used internally and externally to qualify candidates. This step involves leveraging our network of contacts, partners and relationships in the marketplace. Most candidates of Nexus Solutions are sourced by referrals.
Interview & Assess Candidates
After we have identified a list of candidates, we begin our initial screening process to narrow down a short list of those qualified and interested. These candidates are carefully interviewed and assessed for their qualifications and other requirements specified by our clients.
Conduct Reference Checks
Nexus Solutions typically conducts preliminary references before the initial presentation. Once serious interest is established, we complete in-depth references before an offer is presented.
Present The Right Fit
Following our extensive pre-screening process, the ‘right fit’ candidate is presented to the client both verbally and in a professional, easy-to-review format. We readdress compensation at this stage and throughout the process to ensure the likelihood that formal offers will be accepted.
Follow Up
A dedicated account manager will be involved even after the hiring process is complete. We continue to be an extension of your support system.
